When was the last time you looked forward to coming to work because you like your coworkers?  Bell & Company has assembled an excellent team of professionals at every level who possess the education and experience to be successful individually and as a team.  We support each other and collectively work toward providing excellent service to our clients.  Everyone is approachable and available to answer questions, bounce ideas around, give direction, receive instruction and work in a cohesive atmosphere.  We encourage our young professionals and respect the years of experience in our senior staff and together we are a work family.

We provide accounting and financial services to our clients which often requires us to work closely together and communicate often on projects; however, we don't micromanage.  We respect that each person is a professional and expect that each will get their job done.  We are building an infrastructure which will allow each employee to go as far as one wishes to go at Bell & Company and will do our best to encourage and support professional development to get them there.  We work hard; we are public accountants and tax season can be hard days so we try to incorporate moments of fun as stress busters.  Sometimes we're just silly - if you don't think a grown person won't hunt for an Easter egg with a prize in it, think again! 

We are led by shareholders that care and who always strive to do what's right; right by the client; right by the employee; right by the community.  We have high expectations as that is how this company was built and continues to operate.  Giving back to the community is important as well.  We encourage our staff to volunteer and participate in various organizations.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) you will have diversity in your work, not the same tasks over and over again, month after month, boring....you will be challenged here.  Public accounting means you will work with a variety of clients ranging from individuals to small business, professionals, manufacturing, trucking and more.  You will be able to communicate directly with the client instead of "only the partner can talk to the client!"
